Wholesome Investing

In an avaricious sector, Freetrade has been a breath of fresh air. Their fantastic customer support and transparency give an easy understanding to even a novice investor. Where many of their competitors disregard morality in place of profits Freetrader doesn't partake in PFOF and helps customers focus on investing rather than 'trading' buy excluding high-risk vehicles like options. Easy-to-use. Great Customer Service

I have been with them for the last year. I've requested them to transfer my ISAs from other providers to them and they followed up with me each step they took. They completed the transfer in lightning speed - just 2 weeks compared to AJ Bells which took 6 months! FreeTrade also replied to my messages very quickly - usually within a few hours.
