5 star company

Very convenient and no-hassle platform

It is very easy to use Freetrade for dealing in shares. The whole app is designed in a way to make trading easier. The app's appearance is also very minimalistic and classy, and with the dark mode on, the app looks awesome. The app also works very quickly, which gives a great user experience. Since its a relatively new company, it is still adding a lot of stocks that are not available on the app yet. But I am sure, they will quickly find a way to add those missing stocks. The customer service is great as the company replies to all the queries within a single day. I have emailed them more than 7 times and every time the reply was within a day. Lastly, they send an interesting article every single weekday which is great as it provides a lot of information about the UK market. I am a new trader and started trading just 20 days back.
