Great service to get started in investment

I’ve been using Freetrade since July last year and it’s been great so far, The customer service has been fantastic and easy to get speaking with advisors - no waiting on hold for hours! Perhaps they could improve the range of available investment trusts and ETF’s. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Cheap friendly app allowing you to quickly invest in your favoured stocks

Freetrade has taken away the barriers for small investors who may not have the capital to subsume the huge fees other brokers have. Some improvements could be made the the experience, especially around pricing data and stocks availalbe, but these are easily accepted due to the low cost of the platform and something I know they're working hard to improve Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

A pioneer in the making

Having been a crowdfunding investor from the beginning, I can’t begin to explain how Freetrade has changed my life. I’ve been able to save money for the first time in my life, I’ve become debt free and I’ve opened my own SIPP. The customer service is excellent and have recommended them to numerous friends the key thing for me is that Freetrade are doing things the right way. They could have copied competitors who make money from the fact that customers lose money using spread betting etc. But, they opted for the best route, to look after their customers.
