After many years of thinking that share trading was only for the wealthy I have really enjoyed the way Freetrade have opened up the market to the novice, the platform is easy to use and an ideal way to start buying and selling shares, I find the interaction the staff have with their clients to be first class, I am sure this company will prosper because they have a forward thinking attitude and they seem to value not only their customers but also their staff. Simple, slick app. Great customer experience and community.

The Freetrade experience from on boarding to app functionality has taken me as a new investor on a journey towards greater understanding of investment products - from simple trades for my ISA, to the new SIPP which has just launched offering me more control over my pension savings. I'm also a freetrade plus member which offers great value for the full share offering. The freetrade community and content offering feels like part of the product - an extended user experience that often sees the founders interacting and updating community members. It's transformed my view of investing as despite the turbulence in this space they do seem to be driven by a sense of purpose that has education and integrity at the very heart of their mission.
