Really good and simple to use

Great app and very easy to use. Simple to track your shares performance and carry out trades. Gives useful updates for dividend payments. They need to implement a yearly summary print out for tax purposes. Currently tracking everything in app is not simple and organizing it all yearly is not straightforward. Would be 5 star with that. I moved from another stocks and shares isa shares provider based on reviews!

I moved from another provider to freetrade in 2021! It’s only been a few days but I couldn’t be happier! I researched quite a few providers online and decided to go with Freetrade based ease of use and so many positive reviews. It was definitely the best choice for me. Freetrade has an easy to use/fuss-free app but still offering good features, a huge selection of investments, an awesome community/forum online where you can also request new stocks to be added with a quick turnaround, genuinely easy to understand help guides/FAQs and THE BEST customer service! And all of this is FREE! I have upgraded to the plus version simply because it’s only £9.99 a month and gives you a range of bonus features including limit orders, 3% interest on cash, priority customer service, etc which is absolutely fantastic! Great features, easy to use

I've been using Freetrade for over a year now and found it super easy to use from the beginning. I love that they are constantly adding stocks and features. Their support team is quick to reply and answer any questions. They've got a number membership types that can fit different customer needs from a Basic to Plus membership. What seemed a closed world is now open

Freetrade has enabled me to open a door and walk into a world that previously seemed removed and somewhat daunting and possibly the domain of “city slickers”! I am no way the last of the big spenders but my confidence and desire to know and pursue more grows apace all because Freetrade makes me feel included and at ease.
