Have used Get Going for many years and found their system easy quick to use and their rates very competitive. This year we had a health issue abroad and needed to make a claim. I expected the worst because many stories in the press about insurance companies delaying and even avoiding paying out. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently by a third party legal team who were excellent and easy to deal with payment being made within 3 weeks. Get Going Travel Insurance is the best. My husband and I have various health issues, some quite serious. Get Going covered us for all and we're much cheaper than the rest. Reliable Travel Insurance with Good Support

I recently took out travel insurance with Smart Money People, and overall my experience was positive. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the policy documents were clear to understand. I liked that there were different levels of cover available, so I could choose one that matched my trip and budget. The medical coverage and cancellation protection gave me peace of mind while travelling. I had a couple of questions before I travelled, and the customer support team responded promptly and helpfully. That reassured me that, if I ever needed to make a claim, the process would be handled professionally. One small drawback is that some of the policy wording could be clearer, especially around exclusions. It took a bit of extra reading to be certain about what was and wasn’t covered. Overall, I feel the policy offered good value for money, reliable support, and solid cover. I’d recommend it to others looking for straightforward travel insurance with responsive service.
