Glasgow Credit Union loans can be used for any purpose including home improvements and debt consolidation.

With a Glasgow Credit Union loan, you can borrow up to £25,000. Once you’re a member, you can apply for a loan in app, online or by phone. You’ll need to save at least £10 per month into your Member Savings during the term.

Excellent products and customer service

Every single time I have spoken to the GCU the person I have spoken to has been nothing short of delightful. What a change from dealing with big banks and businesses who are impersonal and in genuine. The range of products are excellent and the rates are extremely reasonable. Since joining I have consolidated my debt which has allowed me to save £800 per month on my outgoings and dramatically reduce the amount of time I will spend saving for a house deposit. First class service every time. I have been a member for many years and no matter who you speak to you are always made to feel a valued customer. They are always very patient and give you as much time as you need to explain your requirements. They are all very knowledgeable and quickly set up any requests you have made. I have often suggested to my family and friends that they couldn’t open an account with a better credit union and have encouraged my own children to do so. I have been a CU member for over 20 years and dont know how i would have managed without them for holidays, cars, home improvements and emergencies as they have arisen. Would highly recommend this CU to anyone who is eligible to enjoy. Love them :) Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Its very simple application and quick decision but not made by the system but if necessary someone will personally review aplication
