Great for saving

Fantastic company for savings

I've managed to keep on top of my savings with this company... and as its not my main 'bank' account I don't check on it often. No manual intervention needed as I've set up a direct debit. Cant wait to continue to save, and also try out some of their other options Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Everyone should join a credit union

Been using Glasgow Credit Union for over 20 years. It’s so easy to use. When working for Glasgow City Council it came off my pay and now I’m retired it can be paid by direct debit into my credit union savings account. I love the fact it has a totally free life insurance policy doubling up your bank balance to a savings value if £10,000 should you die. It has been made even easier now its gone on line but if you need to talk to a member of the credit union staff they’re always ready at the end of a phone to help sort out any problems that you may have. Glasgow Credit Union has grown since I first joined. It offers a lot more products including mortgages, its customer base is wider but it still retains that ethos of: if you need a small loan it’s there for you. I’m proud to say that I’m a Glasgow Credit Union member and so are the rest of my family. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
