Great app and easy to access savings

The app makes it really easy to track savings, and easy to access your money without having to phone which is really handy. When I’ve phoned in the past the customer service was outstanding, a really friendly and helpful company. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Great service, always

I mostly use the GCU website and find it very easy to negotiate. I also like the newsletter which keeps me informed of all that is going on. Altogether this is an excellent company. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Would not go anywhere else

Been with GCU since starting work in 1994. It’s great that the money comes out my pay before I receive it. Had a few loans over threats at fantastic rates too. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

A really fair and transparent Credit Union

I’ve been a member for 13 years. It’s a great Credit Union and staff are always, helpful and supportive! It’s a completely different experience than dealing with a commercial bank where you know it’s all about profit. Lovely to speak to real person on phone as am not really good on computers
