GCU For one and all

As a member for the last 28years I have found GCU a valuable institution it has helped me on numerous occasions over those years with loans great rates of interest also saving straight from salary means there is also a nest egg to fall back on.GCU is since it’s conception is and will have given Glaswegians a great and accessible savings scheme for all and the future Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Highly recommend

GCU is a great union which helps people to save money. The union is very much member focussed, allowing us to have a say in the decisions made within the union. There are several great products which I haven’t personally used such as loans but I know this is there if need be with great rates. I like the fact there is a personal touch to decisions made, and not all decisions for loans etc are made by a computer. They have been a pleasure to deal with since I joined approx 6 years ago. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful when I have needed to contact them in the past. I often recommend GCU to my Glasgow based family, friends and colleagues. You can save with Glasgow credit Union if you work for the council, live in Glasgow or are a partner of someone who has an account The savings are paid direct from your salary so no need to transfer as all automatic.
