I mainly use the app for my account which is fantastic, however, when I do contact the office the staff are great. They are helpful and friendly. I have my account with the credit Union as I prefer them to other financial services. Reviewed on: 18th July 2022

GCU is always warm and welcoming

Ever since I joined GCU, I’ve never had any issues. Quite the opposite. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, GCU has provided wonderful and friendly customer service.
