Excellent service, broke my wrist whilst on holiday to Spain, telephone god to go insurance and the explain in full detail to use my European health card which I did. Would recommend to friends and family. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

I had quite a lot of information to ask about my husband’s health issues & the lady was very helpful so didn’t want to go online that’s why I rung up. Also had a couple of my own to ask. So did obviously go with yourselves. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Amazing company

Had to cancel a holiday but the customer service assistant was so helpful giving me options where I could freeze the policy until another holiday was arranged. Also received a refund for the difference in price. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Stroke in Majorca, Goo to go looked after us.

When my wife suffered a stroke in Majorca, Goo to go were there for us. Sorted all medical help, my accomodation for two weeks, a nurse to escort us back home and private ambulances at both ends. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
