Not impressed.. Poor performance.

Not impressed. Shelved out over £700 for our retirement trip over 10 weeks and had to make a small claim (less than £100 after excess) for medical treatment. Still waiting for confirmation of claim after multiple requests for reports, invoices etc more than 2 months later. Just not good enough. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

GOOD TO GO CAME UP GOOD FOR ME.

I had found several very high quotes for cruise insurance to the point where I had considered cancelling the cruise. Then I found good to go and had a quote half the price of the highest previous. I am 84 years old and am so grateful to have been able to enjoy my first holiday since I lost my husband. I look forward to using their very good value policies in the future. It was easy to book and of course I had to let them know my health problems but all was accepted and approved. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Great price for travel insurance for people with pre existing medical conditions. Beat other providers hands down for an annual policy by around £1000 in our case. Had a query that was quickly answered in a phone call. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
