Lost Sunglasses.

I put in a claim for a pair of sunglasses that I lost whilst on holiday. The claim was submitted at the beginning of June. It is now the 10th July and still no information as to settlement, either way. . This company asked for the most ludicrous information when I submitted the claim. Passenger names, flight details, cost of holiday, receipts, home insurance. Not an easy company to deal with. First time in over 60 years of travelling and purchasing travel insurance, that I have used this company. I do not think I will use it again. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Recommended by daughter, I obtained a quote which was slightly cheaper than my bank, so have taken out travel insurance with Goodtogoinsurance.Obviously, the test is when you need to claim, but hopefully we don't need to. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
