AVOID. - Use a different company

Was told by Good To Go to make a claim on insurance, but the company who dealt with it are beyond useless. They don’t understand your claim, and continually send the same message repeatedly. Left unsure if claim is progressing or has been thrown out. Also they discussed my claim with another member of the family. Be aware no confidentiality. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
