My bad experience with goodTogoInsurance

My last contact with them, to purchase travel insurance for me & my husband’s Jamaica trip, I was so stressed out because of the fact that I developed another ailment, which was linked to my menopause condition and one I’d had before, after purchasing the insurance. And wanted to be honest and let the insurers know. I spoke to a Monica, who was obviously young and had no idea about menopausal conditions, every woman’s menopause is different, and the symptoms come and go. Because I couldn’t give her a definitive diagnosis, she said my policy was now invalid and she would have to talk to the underwriters and call me back the following Monday, the day we travelled. She didn’t call and I had to call, and was then told that my policy would be valid without the extra ailment… this was terrible customer service and why did I have to wait all weekend before finding out the decision of the underwriters?
