Due to a blood clot on my lung I was hospitalised for six days. This was shortly before we were due to travel. I ask to cancell my trip and was referred to a company that handles refunds. since then I have heard nothing ! my trip was cancelled at the first of September. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025
