Customer services has been excellent whilst dealing online. I have fortunately not had to make a claim to test the service completely. In June I had to cancel my holiday I had never cancelled a holiday before and thought it would be really stressful the only stress I encountered was my GP losing my claims forms. Good to go we’re really helpful sending reassuring emails every step of the way.
