Having tried a couple of other companies that deal with medical problems, there service does not come close to the help I received from the lady on the Goodtogo insurance phone line, nothing was to much of a problem and no hard sell at the end. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Start of the year the insurance was put on hold because of covid and visas.Rang to get it started again said they have issues and now not possible,so after a talk to the underwriters and whoever else it was cancelled a full refund.Very fair and i would use them next time i want to travel but not to that place that was cancelled in jan.They treated me very fair a full refund and i would tell anyone give them a try for travel insurance Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Sensible insurance for second home owners

This product is tailored to the needs of the client. Second home owners don’t necessarily need cover for delays, cancellations and theft. These are covered by the type of travel ticket and house insurance in France. What we do need is repatriation and cover for acute illness. Give them a try. ! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Not confident with completing online quote.

I was recommended this insurance company but still went online for other quotes. My spouse has health issues that when completing online quotes brought up some issues from which I was not confident of taking the quotes forward. From this I contacted good to go insurance to speak to a representative. From this my questions where answered by a very pleasant and helpful lady who was very clear and reassured me over my concerns and the policy. Quote was very competitive and I could not have asked for any more help and therefore would recommend them to others with confidence. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

The Best of the Bad!

Because of my Age, and not because of any Medical Conditions, my Insurance went through the roof when I became 80, although I'm as fit as a Fiddle, and my Medical condition is still the same, the were the best, of a Bad Bunch. Reviewed on: 24th October 2021
