Had to phone as I wanted to retrieve a quote. Customer service helped find it, helped to review cover and explained very well all the details. The cover was for my 91 year old Mother so it was important to get this cover correct. 13 night cruise cover. Reviewed on: 24th July 2024

Easy to use website; good overall experience.

Easy to enter most medical conditions and get a quote. It would be helpful if there was a place where you could expand. Sometimes you have seen a doctor but the condition is very minor so it doesn’t allow you to declare it. (Not all conditions fall into the ‘tick boxes’ and the system does not allow for that).
