During this very difficult pandemic period they have been there providing excellent customer service. Regular updates have kept me informed & we are looking forward to going skiing in Finland in January. Have recommended them to our friends who were struggling to get cover. Before the Covid pandemic we had booked travel insurance with Goodtogoinsurance, and were very pleased with the quote and the easy to use website. They have been very good at keeping us up to date with travel news during the recent problems, and we will certainly be considering cover with them again once we restart travelling.
