GTG let me travel as easily as always

Without GTG I would be paying huge premiums for services I don't need. Or I might have given up travelling altogether, quite unnecessarily. I'm 75+ with a couple of health issues. My cruise covering Christmas and New Year was cancelled at short notice after a sudden and unexpected illness. The cruise company would not refund a penny as per their terms and conditions. Goodtogoinsurance sent me a claims form with all the required documentation. By working through all their requirements, I was able to claim back every penny of my booking costs - a great relief as you can imagine. Reviewed on: 7th October 2023
