Overall experience with Goodtogo

We had used Goodtogo on previous holidays and always found them helpful and the process of getting travel insurance through them was not over complicated. Also medical conditions were always fairly appraised. Recently due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our holiday to Greece days before we were due to go. After a thorough review our claim was paid in full. I would definitely recommend Goodtogo go as an excellent travel insurance company and will certainly be using them again for my next trip. Travel insurance was arranged by telephone efficiently and with courtesy.

Easy to sign up Nightmare if you need to claim

Took travel insurance with Good to Go. Easy to sign up and for them to get my money. Had to cancel a trip to Australia because of a family bereavement. Absolute nightmare trying to get my claim through. It felt like every obstacle possible was put in my way and it took months and a lot of pain and grief to get a refund. Plenty of 5 star reviews but most relate to the signing up process not when they needed to make a claim. Would not recommend Reviewed on: 14th September 2023
