Cancelled holiday

Sadly I had to cancel my holiday due to a medical condition. I phoned Paying Too Much to let them know, and spoke to Steph, what wonderful customer service she gave me, explaining what my options were regarding my Travel Insurance Policy, she was so understanding, obviously I was extremely disappointed at having to cancel my holiday, and I cannot thank her enough, she handled my call in a a very professional customer care related way, and I can totally recommend using Paying To Much, for all their Travel Insurance requirements.
