Easy to use, competitive and reward loyalty

I have not had to make an insurance claim so cannot comment how easy or satisfactory they are in that area. However, my experience with Goodtogoinsurance.com is that they are easy to use, easy to contact and easy to access information from; they keep me up to date with information and news on 'all things holiday related' - be it Covid, health issues etc.; they reward loyalty from their customers by offering a discount for next year and they, I believe, continue to offer insurance to those above a certain age (i.e. older customers than some other companies). My family have complicated medical issues. Most companies you can’t find conditions or if you do they refuse or demand information from Drs. Good to go you can find conditions then sensible questions and get insurance! So much easier and the cost is excellent value. I’ve had holiday insurance with “ good to go “ and they are the best I’ve ever had , staff are great and so helpful,would highly recommend to anyone who loves travelling even with health issues,the staff sort everything for you ….. makes getting travel insurance a lot less hassle.10 out of 10 for service and value for money. Good to go insurance have been wonderful. As a 93 year old travelling to Sydney Australia on my own to see family the service I received was clear, concise, informative and very friendly and helpful.
