Excellent value for a family of 5, 3 of whom have health issues. Used this year for my granddaughter travelling abroad for the first time on her own and I wanted to make sure she had the relevant cover for peace of mind.. Also good that if you email them with a query they get back to you promptly. You actually feel there is a "person" rather than a 'robot" answering your questions. I searched through very many travel insurance companies for a quote and this one came out tops above all others. I have health problems and theirs was the cheapest to cover these. Their price was the best by far and what they offered equaled the other companies. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
