FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE

My cruise covering Christmas and New Year was cancelled at short notice after a sudden and unexpected illness. The cruise company would not refund a penny as per their terms and conditions. Goodtogoinsurance sent me a claims form with all the required documentation.
