I'm going on a 3 month visit to Australia and needed medical travel insurance. I did my research online and kept coming back to Good to Go insurance. They were not the cheapest on the market but very competitive within £20. it was the overall service that is great. I booked online the website is very easy to navigate and I'm 69 years young. The medical questions are easy to answer and the travel documents were emailed me within minutes and I have an online account where I can access the documents if I need them. Overall a great service. Have been using Goodtogo Insurance for 3 × years. On 2 × separate occasions Health issues meant I had to cancel that year's multi-trip policy. Full refunds of outstanding premiums made without a quibble. Customer Staff so nice, friendly + helpful. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026
