Good cover and good prices

Very easy to use online service and able to insure my husband, who, although fit and well, has a list of medical conditions on paper which other companies have either not wished to cover or charged a lot more. We have used Good to Go for many holidays now and fortunately have not had to make a claim so can’t comment on that side of the business. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026

We have been using this company for many years, due to us all having medical conditions. We have found that they offer the most economical policy for our needs, and that is with checking other insurance providers they always come out on top!!! Although we have never had to use our insurance when away, I’m always reassured to know that they are only on the other end of the phone should I have to. There reviews speak for themselves and I wouldn’t have any hesitation using them again. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026

I always speak to their agents and find them efficient and friendly. The prices seem competitive particularly as we have medical issues. This year we had to make a claim for booking cancellation. This was the first time we have ever claimed and found the process relatively easy with the claim settled in a timely fashion. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026
