Easy online application. I had to call customer service and they were so friendly and helpful advising me which question to ask at the GP surgery and making notes on the system to say I would be phoning back with further information. Another lovely lady knew exactly why I was calling and dealt with it super quickly there was no extra cost. After searching for a competitive Health Travel Insurance, GoodToGo saved the day! Anyone looking for this type of product can be sucked in by the bigger Brand names catering for older folks with heart problems and walking issues like me.
