Goodtogoinurance is the best, have had many quotes from different insurance company but nothing would beat it. I am over eighty years of age and that was not a problem for them to insure me. Absolutely Dreadful

It doesn't matter how good the policy or the premium is if they are not there when you need them. I have received an ex gratia payment from them in respect of their failure to help, but nothing can excuse the fact that they were not there when I needed them. Over a 10 day period they rarely answered the phone, ignored my e-mails, and claimed that they were organising my extended hotel stay whilst my wife was in hospital but failed to do so. Useless considering I paid an insurance premium of nearly £1500. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
