Happy with cover and service.

First time to take insurance with this company. We had to make a claim and although it took 2 months for their claims company to resolve it was paid out, so although very slow, happy with outcome. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

Slow but got there eventually, it was a long drawn out process to eventually get a result, as every time I rang l got the same reply, it's with the assessor will be in contact within 10 days, then hear nothing so had to go through the process again Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
