Very quick and easy.

Very quick and easy. Completed insurance online. Really easy to understand questions. Infact the easiest to complete I've done and covered all medical conditions. Took about 10 -15 minutes. Will definitely use them for all my travel insurance in the future. Thank you Reviewed on: 12th August 2026

A gem of a travel insurance company

I had travel insurance booked with a competitor and contacted them to advise that I had been diagnosed with heart disease which would require having a stent fitted. Even though my condition was stable with additional medication and the medical staff had said they could foresee no problem in me travelling I struggled with them accepting that and gave me a ridiculous quote for 3 days holiday abroad. I then found your company online and when given the above information was offered a ‘realistic’ quote which I accepted. I am very happy with the service I received and will not hesitate in using your company again when I book a holiday in the forthcoming weeks. Reviewed on: 12th August 2026

Cruise insurance experience

Have used GTG for many years (cruise insurance) and find it very easy to sort out a new policy based on information I've previously given. Claims have been settled satisfactorily albeit the process is rather slow. The cost of cover has always been competitive and cruise coverage very good. Reviewed on: 12th August 2026
