Absolutely Dreadful

My wife was admitted to hospital in Australia. I rang their emergency line 18 times the evening she was admitted - no answer. I got no help from them over the subsequent 10 days either. They don't answer phone calls or e-mails. They are absolutely useless - I ended up making my own arrangements to get back to the UK at my own expense - beware! Reviewed on: 9th July 2019

I have been insured with Goodtogoinsurance for many years and travel all over the world. I have certain health conditions and I travel knowing I’m covered for everything, so enjoy my holidays trouble and worry free. Have now used Goodtogo insurance for about 5 trips to the USA and found the online site very easy to use. The prices for over 80, medical condition and 3 month stay the best on the market. The 3 types of cover are very good to tailor to individual needs.
