Great customer service, polite and friendly. Help me with my complex medical needs and made sure I was happy with level of cover required to enjoy time away. This made a huge difference as peace of mind about going abroad for someone in a wheelchair with various medical needs is such a relief to be able to enjoy our holiday knowing we are covered.
