Very straight easy and forward process

Very happy with the process of buying my insurance policy, the agent was very helpful on the phone during the process, and even added some discounts for me. Also explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Thank you Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

I found this company to have fantastic customer service who are invested in you as a customer. They make the information very clear and understandable, very quick and effective. Only downside I found was an issue with a deposit & adding breakdown did add more than I initially wished to pay however due to the customer service I felt happy to stay. Improvement to increase score would be possibly making the final price more clear at the beginning than the estimate given would help with financing for customers, I am still happy however to have used this insurance broker a second time Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
