Totally miss sold

I took out unoccupied home insurance with this company in October for the total amount of £190 as the house in question was in the throes of being sold I only wanted to have cover for a short time but I was sold an annual policy for the said amount,I agreed to the quotation as I was categorically informed that when I was ready to cancel the policy I would only pay a cancellation fee of £35 and the remainder would be refunded pro rata, today I have been refunded a total of £33.This equates to a total of £157 for 2 months cover, avoid this company or read the small print.
