Lenders use incorrect information

Lenders use incorrect information on your credit score, one time they will accept you with debt on credit score another time they won’t accept you because of debt on credit score and use incorrect information, been with them 2 years always paid on time, and the way they handled it with me affected my mental health a lot so no I would not recommend them to anyone. Compassion in money matters

I was naturally anxious when first contacting GWCU but right from the moment my call was answered I breathed a sigh of relief. My request was treated with compassion, understanding & respect. Followed up over the coming days with total efficiency & all was fully explained in relatable terms no confusing jargon. Since that initial call whenever I have had any questions I’ve always been treated well. Their online presence is excellent and easy to navigate giving peace of mind 24/7. The people's bank

I have been a credit union member for over 15 years. I have always found the service to be fair and excellent customer service from staff. The terms are always reasonable and they make sure you do not borrow more than you can afford. I have not always had the best credit rating but the CU has always worked out a way for me. I always stick to my payments with them as I know their value and how much help they have given me over the years. I am proud to be a member and hope with this new acquisition they carry on thriving.
