Prompt and Reliable Service

The service is very prompt when provided with any queries - any requests such as loan applications or payment holidays are always met with quick responses which greatly reduces any stress when anything unexpected in life happens! I greatly appreciate all the efforts from all the staff I've dealt with and would highly recommend GWCU to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

GWCU have been fantastic in providing me with what I needed, simple, quick and problem free process and it’s even greater being part of a different style of lender owned by the members. The added benefit of setting up a savings account with them was a great addition. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

I can’t stress enough how good this loan comp is.

I can’t stress enough how good this loan company are. I’ve already written a review but one more won’t hurt. I’m autistic and find understanding difficult, they are absolutely brilliant with helping me with understanding and payments back ect. Just overall a brilliant company I’m so chuffed with them.
