I payed to join credit union a couple of years ago .

I payed to join credit union a couple of years ago . I have applied for 2 loans since and both times I was turned down . I have never had a loan of credit union before Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

I've never missed a payment I've come for a consolid...

I've never missed a payment I've come for a consolidation loan for all my debts which I'm perfect capable of paying but been refused even though I'm a loyal customer. I've asked for a review and noone even replied. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

I’ve had a couple loans but sadly my last one was declined, never missed a payment on pervious loans, never defaulted, always paid early. I am in a better situation now for repayments yet declined. I was advised it was due to missed direct debits but I have not missed a direct debt. I was told it was on my credit file when I checked my credit report no such information was in there. It’s is disappointing but I found another company who were able to assist. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

Excellent service

The service I received was excellent and I received a decision on a loan swiftly. I consolidated debt, making my loan repayments more affordable. I strongly believe in the ethos for Great Western Credit Union and they were there for me when I needed them. I would not hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

Fantastic credit union.!

Cannot fault this credit union. Brilliant and helpful service from the second I joined and continued to help throughout. Truly are a credit union that helps and not just claiming the title.
