I have been helped out for years .

I have been helped out for years not just by helping me out of bankruptcy and by turning my life around. Now I am completely able to save and pay of all my bills also my credit cards are being payed off. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

It’s so easy to use I love the separate accounts and organisation and the opportunity credit union brings for savings. I can save or withdraw as and when I want and it’s all safe knowing nobody But me can touch it. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Since my local credit union merged into GWCU it's been great to have access to easier online services while still using a Credit Union. Being able to make regular savings, and know these are supporting the local community, is something I really value. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Fantastic alternative to corporate savings banks

I've been saving money with GWCU for quite a few years now, so I have a little nest egg for things like car repairs, clothes, replacement furniture etc. It's incredibly simple to pay in and withdraw money. I earn a small amount of interest and my savings are loaned to people in need who may have trouble accessing more mainstream banking services. Everyone in our communities can benefit from a great credit union, and GWCU fills that role admirably. Reviewed on: 6th July 2023

Local organisation, helping local people & society

Pleasure to read about where our money is being used, rather than just disappearing into the black-box of the usual banking system. Our local communities need to support one another much more. Excellent Customer Service

I have been banking with Great Western Credit Union for around 15 years. I save with them as I know my money is put to good use supporting other people. Whenever I deal with them I always find their customer service second to none. Their.staff are friendly, polite and helpful and transactions happen in a timely manner.
