Awesome service!

Great online broker

We are first time buyers and wanted to use an online broker to save time. After reading the reviews for Habito, we decided to try it. The whole process was really smooth, the platform allows you to easily upload all your documentation needed for the mortgage application. The broke reviewed the documents, had a few questions and then submitted our application. We were kept up to date throughout the application process. It took 7 days from when we picked which mortgage we wanted, submitted all the documents and got the mortgage approval. Very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 17th January 2020

the future of broking

Very easy to use system - can chat to an advisor and go through everything via messaging over the phone (so can sort out a remortgage at your desk). Was given an option of call if needed - and they work very hard to get you your mortgage offer and complete. Finally - documents were massively easier than other lenders - simple upload system - no posting originals or anything like that - Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Just recommended Habito to my sister for her first time house.

Great and modern service

I have been raving about Habito ever since we got our mortgage. The customer service was absolutely amazing but not only that this is a modern mortgage broker. Both my partner and I work full time, having to personally visit a broker with paper copies of documents is inconvenient, being able to communicate online and upload all documents online is amazing. Friendly - Efficient - Easy

I didn't have a clue how to go about buying my first property so I spoke to Habito & I'm so glad I did. I honestly can't imagine the process being handled any better by another broker. Everything was explained to me simply and the whole process was done efficiently. All of my answers were answered quickly and competently by a really friendly employee - everyone that helped me was very professional and that really reassured me that I'd done the right thing by putting my trust in a company I found online!
