Amazing service

Great and modern service

I have been raving about Habito ever since we got our mortgage. The customer service was absolutely amazing but not only that this is a modern mortgage broker. Both my partner and I work full time, having to personally visit a broker with paper copies of documents is inconvenient, being able to communicate online and upload all documents online is amazing. I honestly don’t think I’ll go to a different broker in the future. Everyone was so friendly and our offer was great. Reviewed on: 15th January 2020

Friendly - Efficient - Easy

I didn't have a clue how to go about buying my first property so I spoke to Habito & I'm so glad I did. I honestly can't imagine the process being handled any better by another broker. Everything was explained to me simply and the whole process was done efficiently. All of my answers were answered quickly and competently by a really friendly employee - everyone that helped me was very professional and that really reassured me that I'd done the right thing by putting my trust in a company I found online! So Simple

When we we're looking for our first home, it was extremely overwhelming trying to decipher the lender side of product, and fees and rates. We used Habito to enter our details, and after a chat with the experts and its was just so simple. We're now looking at remortgaging and again, the experts are there again to answer all our questions. I'd highly recommend Habito for those new to purchasing a home. Reviewed on: 15th January 2020
