Nothing could be easier

Try it yourself a few months before you really need a mortgage. That way you know. I filled in my I fo for a remortgage and had recommendations quickly. Q&A is easy by chat or email. And closing was a cinch. Reviewed on: 5th February 2020

Mortgage advice

I had a really good experience when considering whether to take out a mortgage. I completed the Habito online mortgage questionnaire. I was then passed onto a friendly advisor who talked me through the different options. The advisor presented the information in a clear and straightforward way, which helped me make a decision about the type of mortgage to go for. They also suggested solicitors that I could contact and talked me through the different steps and this has been very useful. All in all a good service that I would highly recommend. Quick and simple when it suits you

As a first time buyer I found the habito experience very easy. Very simple to complete the application and was kept up to date. Done online so when you have availability but could also speak to an advisor over the phone if required. Reviewed on: 5th February 2020
