Helpful, accessible and personal

This is the second time we've used Habito to help with our mortgage and we have no regrets! We could manage the whole process online and at our own convenience. Our advisor was also on hand at really flexible hours which was so important for us as we both work and have young kids. They kept the language and communication simple with no jargon and happily answered all our questions without being patronising. Easeful, personal and supportive

Working with Habito to secure our first mortgage (and subsequently our remortgage at the end of our initial fixed term) has taken a lot of the stress out of buying a home for the first time. fast, hassle free, cost effective and reliable

This is the second time I have used Habito, first for residential remortgage and now for a limited company buy to let purchase. Though you can't speak to a mortgage broker directly on the phone, they are always available via chat and email and respond in a timely manner. Paperwork is all online, so it's very convenient to copy & paste existing information instead of writing on a paper. Documents can be uploaded easily online. The case management team are also efficient in dealing with mortgage offers until completed successfully. A bonus is also it's completely free for me as a customer and no broker fees to pay.
