Absolutely terrible

Had this house insurance for 5 years , had a leak under bath panel that was not noticed until bath collapsed we were told we should have reported earlier even though we had no idea it was there. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

HALIFAX SCAMMERS

Over a week for a simple bank transfer over a week with zero customer service, rude staff and over 1h waiting to talk to them.... they are busy and can't talk, well give people their money and surely you will be less busy SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Also, I should get £ 100 to switch with them that over 2 years still waiting...SCAMMERS!!!!! Reviewed on: 5th May 2020
