good rate

wanted a loan for a new car. Found the repayment rate to be one of the best on offer and got an instant decision. staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

No help whatsoever when needed - twice now

Personal loan refused as we wantd it to consolidate a few loans. If we'd opted for a new kitchen and asked for the money they would have given it to us. As we got a loan for new kitchen elsewhere they wouldn't consolidate it with our low mortgage. useless, no help whatsoever. Been a customer for over 50 years, since little both of us.
