Apparently it's been down "for a few weeks". Any date for a fix? "as soon as possible. We don't know when. Try this paper form instead" . I'm able to have the best interest rates within 24hrs to 48hrs as opposed to Upton a month, where interest rates could drop whilst in transfer. Their website is poorly designed with very small links positioned across the whole page instead of in one place, such as across the top or in drop down menus.
