Easy to use website

Easy to use website and once application was completed online the decision was made very quickly and then money was transferred as expected Reviewed on: 23rd June 2024

Long payout time

Application process is modern and intuitive. What to expect with any modern loan platform. Not the best, by far not the worst. what was really surprising and not mentioned anywhere prior to signing and completing, is that they take up to 5 days to payout. Most if not all companies I’ve dealt with, once pre-approved and signed, payout the same day/in a couple hours. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

They make you wait a week.

They change your Apr once the have done a hard search, this affects your credit score if you go elsewhere. Once it's all gone through they tell you upto 5 working days wait, I had to wait a week so the van I wanted was sold. Never experienced this with any other company usually a couple of hours.
