Tom has been amazing at helping me get a mortgage from start to finish after being left with an IVA from a previous relationship and feeling stuck in my old home. I honestly thought I would never be able to get a new home and mortgage for a long time. But just by googling mortgages for people with bad credit, I stubbled across Haysto and I'm so glad I did! It's been life changing. Don't listen to people who say you can't get a mortgage with bad credit, had I done the research sooner I would of been able to move quicker than I did. I honestly can’t recommend HAYSTO Mortgage Brokers enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. The whole team made what can usually be a really stressful process feel so much easier, thanks to their great communication and support every step of the way. I’ve got to give a big shout-out to Nikki Adams, Shannon Gordon, Anna Harris, Tia Amos, and Evan Perry. They were all fantastic – always happy to answer my questions, took my calls without any fuss, and even rang me loads of times to keep me in the loop. Their friendly and down-to-earth approach made such a difference, and it was clear they genuinely wanted to help. Their knowledge and advice were spot-on throughout, and I felt really well looked after from day one. It’s not often you find a company that actually makes things simple and stress-free, but HAYSTO definitely did.
