Excellent Customer Service

Friendly and efficient staff; everyone has always been really helpful when I've needed to make changes to my policy or had questions about my pet's cover. I've only needed to make 1 claim and it was paid out really quickly with only the excess deducted. The claim form was simple to complete and they kept me informed with the process once it had been sent in by the vet.
